Week 4 - Playground: Acquia Lighting for Drupal 8

I'm trying to see if I can use Lightning as the base profile for a future site that I want to create. So far, I'm on step 0, trying to understand how Drupal 8 with composer works. I want to ensure that I can create a development environment, push to a testing server, and from testing to staging and then staging to production.

I hope to document my findings in this blog so that I can share my experience.
